Shipping Policy

At POSES CLUB, every order is prepared with care and protection before dispatch.

Order Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

Please note:

Dispatch within 24 hours does not mean delivery within 24 hours.

Delivery time depends on the destination country, postal service, courier, customs, and local delivery conditions.

Shipping Locations

Depending on the order and destination, orders may be dispatched from one of our available locations, including Sofia, Haifa, or London.

Delivery Estimates

Bulgaria: usually 1–4 business days after dispatch  

Europe: usually 5–12 business days after dispatch  

Rest of World: usually 7–21 business days after dispatch  

These are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs checks, import duties, taxes, or delays in the destination country.

POSES CLUB is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or delays caused by customs authorities, postal exchange centers, or local delivery services.

Tracking

When available, tracking details will be provided after dispatch.

Once a package has been handed to the courier or postal service, POSES CLUB cannot fully control transit speed, customs processing, or local delivery delays.

Shipping Delays

If a shipment is delayed, we will contact the carrier or postal service and help investigate the situation.

If there is no tracking progress for an extended period, we may open an investigation with the shipping provider.

Orders cannot be cancelled immediately once they have already been dispatched.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are paid for the delivery service and may be non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, unless POSES CLUB decides otherwise as a goodwill gesture.

Wrong Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

POSES CLUB is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or return costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
